Let's Connect

New York City is on everybody’s bucket list, but for us it is home to one of our offices. We are part of the pulsating energy of this global city.  It is never taken for granted. Our agency office feels a part of this city’s global power, oft described as the cultural, financial, and media capital of the world.

Our office is in the heart of world landmarks. Just consider: Times Square, often referred to as the world's "heart," is about 15 blocks to the north of our office at 26th street and Crossroads. The brightly illuminated hub of the Broadway Theater District, is just a bit north of that.

But we are not daunted -- for we live it and walk it….

The neighborhoods - each with its own vibe and feel. We skip the ‘Bucks, grab a specialty latte from an independently owned café, and take to the streets to soak in NoMad, Chelsea, the Flatiron District, Union Square and so on. Maybe we take a break in Bryant Park, located nearby between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, just west of the New York Public Library. From ice skating in the winter to summer film nights, we are often part of a daily attendance that can exceed 800 people per acre, making it the most densely occupied urban park in the world.

Viewing it all - sometimes, you just want to look at it all at once-- and can do so by hopping on a 15-minute train to see the best views of the Manhattan Skyline from Hoboken, New Jersey. We can hang around and walk the pier along the Hudson River, pop into the boutique shops along Washington Street, or see Frank Sinatra’s house.

Art and more - often you will find one or more of us sleuthing around the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City’s most visited museum in search of what next can fascinate us – the old or the new. Or maybe we take a longer walk uptown to peek in at the Guggenheim Museum or the lesser- visited Frick Collection.  But somewhere along the way we often make a pit stop at the Levain Bakery for one of those softball-sized cookies that are perfectly crisp on the outside and deliciously gooey on the inside.

The Heart of NYC - No place on earth is quite like Central Park. At 843 acres, it has both formal spaces, including seven meadows or lawns, as well as forests more left to nature. There is no end to exploring it. Thirty-seven million people visit each year, and we become part of that statistic by using weekends to take advantage. Use the park’s quiet spaces for contemplation while being surrounded by spectacular city views, explore historically significant statues and stone carvings, and bike or skateboard around to see even more.

Live performances - many of us head to Lincoln Center for glitzy performances, to off-Broadway for more experimental theater, or just to the Broadway District for musicals and drama. But whatever it is, it is all here, for New York is a global stage. We love living in New York.
