Digital Marketing Manager - L.A. Office

The Pollack PR Marketing Group is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to support clients and staff in content creation to help monitor and optimize online/digital marketing programs. Digital Marketing Managers are responsible for providing oversight to the daily operations of content creation and development, digital advertising, SEO, and analytics. The DMM position is a contributor in the development of client strategies, and see strategies through to execution and evaluation, providing resources, training, and support to our digital staff.

Additionally, the DMM will work cross-functionally with our account services teams to manage the overall scope, allocation of resources, and execution of the digital campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • ‍Oversee the daily operations of digital projects, including research, scope development, project management, and execution
  • ‍Stay on top of the latest tools and trends in video production, content creation, digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • ‍Identify and pursue required and recommended training and certifications
  • ‍Work cross-functionally with account and content teams to develop strategies, approve proposals, determine budgets, and allocate staff
  • ‍Serve as an advisor to account managers and coordinators, providing technical expertise in the implementation and evaluation of campaign strategies
  • ‍Manage key programs and client campaigns
  • Participate in new business opportunities
  • ‍Work to further develop analytics and reporting capabilities, employing best practices and ensuring quality standards are met
  • ‍Manage design & development work as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications (or a related field)
  • Qualified candidates will generally have 3-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Insights, YouTube advertising and Analytics, Twitter Analytics, social media metrics and other relevant measurement tools
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion, CAD software
  • Experience with Facebook live and YouTube Live
  • Demonstrated proficiency with responsive/mobile web design, UI/IX design, HTML5, CSS3, WordPress and JavaScript
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Fusion, KeyShot, Cinema 4D and Logic Pro
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud/ Exact Target is preferred
  • Experience with video production, video and live broadcasting technologies, DSLR and camera operation

Responsibilities/Duties:  

Excellent opportunity for interns. Responsibilities include coordinating, supporting account managers with collateral production, conducting research, assisting on ongoing campaigns, drafting/editing press materials, client administration, managing databases, etc.

Qualifications desired:

We consider a variety of backgrounds, not just journalism or PR/marketing specific. Verbal and written communication skills are a plus, and applicants need to be detail oriented. We look for creative people who think “out of the box” and have the ability to juggle many activities.
